Objectives
AVS Arts & Science College has a creditable record of placement of its final year graduates. Our focus on placement centres on creating new approaches to attract the best from the industry to our campus. Training & Placement Cell work with the primary aim of giving good career to the final year graduates.

Our College Activities.
The Training and Placement Cell plays a crucial role in shaping students' careers by bridging the gap between academics and industry. We facilitate campus recruitment by inviting reputed companies, providing students with internship opportunities, and organizing workshops, seminars, and guest lectures by industry experts.
To enhance employability, we conduct training sessions on communication, aptitude, technical skills, and soft skills, along with career guidance, resume building, and interview preparation. With a dedicated team and strong industry connections, we ensure our students are well-prepared for successful careers. Campus placement is the process where companies visit colleges to hire students for jobs. It helps students transition smoothly from college to professional careers.
Practice
Internal Training
The placement training department encompasses the activities and programmes to improve student's employability to bridge the knowledge gap that exists between academic disciplines and the demands of the workplace. The time table is framed by allotting separate aptitude, communication period invariably to all the departments. The internal training comprises

The placement trainers train the students with ACSTP skills for 120 hours from first semester onwards.
External Training
The institute has signed MoUs with leading corporates like Infosys, GTT etc., to provide expert talk and technical workshops to assist the students to get placed in top MNC'S.
